Welcome back to our blog! We get asked a lot about what’s happening in our market place. As many of you may know, the first part of 2013 was a crazy time to be a seller. With a limited inventory and high demand, homes were flying off the market.

We saw one property get 40 offers! Prices were also bid up. Once June 1^st came around though, inventory began to increase as well as interest rates. Because of the changes we now have a more balanced market.

Sellers have the opportunity to get a great price on their sale and buyers also have an opportunity to get under contract for the home they want.
